DELIVERY CONDITIONS COLLECTION BAMBOO BELGIUM

If you are a new customer, please take into account the following delivery conditions:

1. Minimum order value € 1000,-.
2. Per size and per colour minimum 2 pieces. For stock items, there is no minimum.
3. 50%-payment at order, 50%-payment at delivery.
4. Free shipping.
5. Delivery time about 8 weeks, stock items directly available.

Are you already a Bamboo Belgium customer? Then the following conditions apply:

1. Per size and per colour minimum 2 pieces. For stock items there is no minimum.
2. 100%-payment on delivery.
3. Free shipping for orders above € 500,-.
For orders from € 300,- up to € 500,- the shipping and handling charges are € 10,- to be paid by the customer.
For orders below € 300,- the transport and handling charges are € 20,- to be paid by the customer.
4. Delivery time about 8 weeks, stock items directly deliverable.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS PRIVATE LABEL 

If you place an order under private label, other delivery conditions apply:

If you are a new customer, please take into account the following delivery conditions:

1. Minimum order value € 1000,-.
2. Minimum quantity:
a) Private label of articles from the Bamboo Belgium collection:
When sewing on your own label: 40 pieces per order per item.
When printing your own label: 100 pieces per order.
b) Private label own design:
50 pieces per order 
Prototype to be paid by the customer, once-only 150/200 euros.
In case of printing of own label: 100 pieces per order.
3. 50% payment upon ordering, 50% payment upon delivery, or as agreed.
4. Free shipping.
5. Delivery time about 8 weeks after approval of prototype.

Are you already a Bamboo Belgium customer? Then the following conditions apply:

1. Minimum quantity:
a) Private label of articles from the Bamboo Belgium collection:
When sewing on your own label: 40 pieces per order per item.
When printing your own label: 100 pieces per order.
b) Private label own design
50 pieces per order 
Prototype to be paid for by the customer.
In case of printing on own label: 100 pieces per order.
2. 50% payment on order, 3. 50% payment on delivery.
Free shipping for orders above € 500,-.
For orders from € 300,- up to € 500,- the shipping and handling charges are € 10,- to be paid by the customer.
For orders below € 300,- the transport and handling costs are € 20,- to be paid by the customer.
4. Delivery time about 8 weeks after approval of prototype.

INVOICE CONDITIONS

1. A sale comes about only after written confirmation by the seller. A start of execution is considered as confirmation, unless it is done with reservation.
2. Any cancellation of an order must be in writing. It is only valid if accepted in writing by the seller. In the event of cancellation, a fixed compensation of 10% of the price of the order shall be payable.
3. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are therefore not binding unless expressly agreed. A delay in the execution of the order can never be a reason for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
4. Transport and any insurance costs are always at the expense of the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5. The buyer should receive the goods immediately and check them. Complaints are only valid if sent by registered mail. Complaints that are not formulated within 8 days after delivery will no longer be accepted.
6. Hidden defects may only give rise to compensation if they are reported by registered letter within 3 months of their discovery. The goods must not have been processed or treated.
7. The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the sales price plus costs and interest has been received.
8. The risk is transferred the moment the goods leave our warehouses.
9. The buyer shall notify the seller if the goods are stored in a space that he rents. He shall inform the seller of the identity and address of the owner of the premises.
10. Our invoices are payable in cash, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
11. In the event of non-payment of an invoice on its due date, it shall be increased, ipso jure and without notice of default being required, by a fixed penalty of 10% with a minimum of EUR 50 and by a late-payment interest of 10% per annum.
12. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district in which our company has its registered office have jurisdiction and Belgian law applies at all times.
